With a background in finance and analytics, I’ve owned and managed more than 10 companies in various industries over the past 20 years. Through this experience, I have learned how to operate efficiently and make the decisions that are meaningful to success. I’ve also realized one crucial best practice in all businesses: the importance of company “fit” and the alignment of a company to the leadership team’s philosophies, goals and personalities.
I spend my time guiding others along their career journeys. Sometimes this is serving as a franchise consultant (helping to match individuals to their ideal franchise brand). Other times, it is as an independent owner of Expense Reduction Analysts (ERA) where I help companies to reduce their overhead costs. And, for many years, it has been as an Adjunct Professor at the Tepper School at Carnegie Mellon University where I teach entrepreneurship and mentor students.
How can I help you on your journey? Let’s find a time for us to talk.
